AEI,
driven by a dedicated team of highly experienced engineers and
technicians, has its own fully equipped engineering workshop. The in-house
facilities include highly precise lathe machines of up to 8000 mm
length,
horizontal boring machines, surface grinders, cylindrical grinders, gear
teeth grinders apart from MIG-MAG continuous welding system, profile
cutting machines, heat treatment and captive power generation plants. Capability and specialisation to design the stranding and closure equipment, perfectly fulfill the specific requirements of the end-users. Innovation is the basic concept at AEI. Continued research and development in machinery design as well as process technology, backed by 30 years of valuable feedback from customers have resulted in production of foolproof machines with world class technology. Development of 61 Bobbin Rigid Cage Strander, featuring all the latest technologies including microprocessor controlled automatic bobbin batch loading is an example of AEI's technological achievements.
